Adult Hatha/Dynamic
Yoga concentrates
on a series of "Asanas" or "postures" combined
with breath control exercises. This session
will begin with Pranayama and detox breathing
exercise followed by a sequence of asanas. As
you progress with this class, you will gain
greater flexibility in your body and mind, and
we will then incorporate a more dynamic hatha
practice. As you progress in your
practice,
you will develop physical strength and emotional
strength that will help you handle the
challenges of life with a balanced disposition.
Pregnancy
Yoga
Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise during
pregnancy, a gentle, safe means of keeping toned
and supple without strain, of keeping aches and
pains at bay and energy flowing, of relaxing
mind and body, and preparing for the physical
demands of childbirth – and motherhood itself.
Classic postures, rhythmical sequences and
movements, integrating the flow of the breath at
all times have been carefully adapted to the
needs of pregnant women.
Baby
Yoga
Yoga helps babies
to relax, to become aware of their bodies, ease
away stiffness, and even get a better night's
sleep. Parents confidence grows in handling,
playing and having fun with their babies. This
is a fun class which also offers gentle
post-natal yoga and tummy toning exercises for
mummy! For babies from 2 months to 10 months.
Post-natal Yoga
These are home
visits. We help new mums re-gain strength and
muscle tone after having a baby through
specifically tailored post-natal yoga exercises.
Toddler
Yoga
Stretch,
Move And Relax Together, is
continuation of the baby yoga approach for
mobile babies, toddlers and pre-school children.
Using songs and rhymes alongside plenty of
movement and stretching, this class is designed
to support the transition from babyhood to
independent movement.
Yoga
for Kids
Children explore traditional yoga postures,
breathing techniques and relaxation in a fun,
accessible way. Yoga for Children helps
to:

This is the ideal
way to learn yoga, as we are able to give you
total attention and take a close look at what
