hAtha/dynamic yoga
Dynamic Yoga is a creative form of Hatha yoga. Using a flowing sequence of postures with breath control, these classes are not only meditative but also physically challenging. The session also encorporates detox breathing exercises and relaxation.
As you progress in your practice, you will develop physical strength and emotional strength that will help you handle the challenges of life with a balanced disposition.
Suitable for all abilities and experience.
yoga gently
This is a softer Hatha based yoga class that would suit those who are looking for a more relaxing and restorative class. It would suit those who are overcoming health conditions as well as seniors, pre/ post-natal ladies and those who want to have a gentle stretch and reduce stress.
We use gentle breathing exercises and yoga poses to help you gain flexbility, strength and balance.
Suitable for all abilities and experience.

Our Advice
We advise that you leave at least 2 hours from eating before your yoga session to avoid discomfort in some of the poses.
Wear something loose and comfortable.
