    Classes that explore sacred mantras, devotional singing, and vibrational healing.

  • Wellness Walks – Ground. Rewild. Remember.
    Nature-based experiences including mindful walking, herbal foraging, and plant wisdom sessions.

  • Book Club – Read. Reflect. Deepen.
    A sacred space to explore yoga texts and spiritual literature in a supportive group setting.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up to date.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Fees and payment terms are outlined in your booking confirmation, invoice, or service agreement. Full payment is typically required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may incur interest or additional charges as outlined in our invoice or agreement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials provided by In8 Space — including but not limited to class content, recorded sessions, worksheets, audio, visuals, and branding — remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or repurpose our content without written permission.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the relationship.
This includes but is not limited to client records, business strategies, health information, teaching materials, and spiritual frameworks not intended for public distribution.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In8 Space will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless In8 Space, its teachers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
