Whatʼs great about Gyrotonic is that it works 3 dimensionally and works with the natural spirals of our bodies. You will leave feeling longer and leaner. This is low impact. Excellent for those recovering from injuries and those wanting to prevent injuries.
One on one training is so much more powerful, as it is personalised to your individual needs and goals. One session of fitness training is equivalent to doing 3 sessions of workouts on your own as I really pay special attention to technique and mind discipline.

The "Yoga for the Special Child ®, LLC Programme" believes that every child is special, and no label can define, or limit the child's potential for positive change. The fun sessions include yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation. These sessions usually take place on a one-to-one basis either in your home or our studio.
